On Friday, Scott and I went with my brother, sister-in-law, and Dad to see Alan Jackson at The Great Jones County Fair. It started downpouring about 10 minutes into the performance and there was a ton of lightening. No worries--we were seated on metal bleachers. Ha! Probably not the best choice of my life to stay, but it was well worth it in the end, considering we didn't end up dead. About 12 hours later a local dam broke and flooded Monticello. Seriously, enough with the rain. But Alan did rock! Well, as much as a"small town southern man" can.

AND you call me crazy!! >^..^<
I think concerts there must be cursed...we went last year to Steve Miller Band and ended up getting caught in the middle of a tornado warning! Massive storm, thankfully no tornado, through the grounds...but our seats were on the dirt track (post-storm: mud pit), so we had to ditch after waiting for hours, unsure if they were ever going to get the stage/equipment dry enough to play :( You are troopers for waiting it out!
Party on, Wayne.
