On Sunday, we took Evy to the Children's Museum. She shopped for groceries, flew a plane, and tended vegetables on the farm. I think she had a great time!
This was our first trip to the museum and I can see why families love it--what a fun way to spend an afternoon. I was a little surprised how destroyed some of the exhibits were. Apparently, teaching your children to pick up after themselves is another parenting tactic that has become optional.

you have no idea how optional that has become!! at the center i am at now there are only a couple parents who ask their kids to clean their mess before going home.
but i love the children's museum! i would have loved to have it when i was little!!!
Oh I bet Evy loved pushing the grocery cart around!
And yes, you think some parents could be more attentive about having their kids "leave a place as they entered it".
