I purchased matching holiday pajamas for the girls. Yes, I am that mom. I don't think this matchy-match stuff becomes a real problem until I start ordering myself a matching set. Please stage an intervention if that happens...
I'm a career-oriented convert! After earning a masters degree and setting my sights on professional growth I gave it all up (mostly) for motherhood. For the two years I worked full time as a mother I constantly felt guilty that I was leaving my baby in daycare for 50 hours a week. Opportunity knocked and I requested a demotion that would allow me to stay home part-time. What a nice change of pace! I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, employee, and co-worker who now has a nice work-life balance. But, I still haven't figured out how to fit in regular exercise again. That might be an ongoing battle...

I am THAT mom too. Luckily I was able to find coordinating jambes for all 3 this year :-)
Love matchy matchy. I just hope I kick the habit before the boys totally resent me!
I always said that I would never dress my kids in matching clothes. That was before I had two girls. :-)
Now I often find myself buying them same dress for special occasions (like Easter). And both girls really like it.
Never say never, I guess...
Lila loves to match her baby sis. You are doing it FOR THE CHILDREN.
the only potential problem I detect here is if writermom starts dressing Alex like his sisters.
