It's not even Evy's birthday yet and she's had two parties. Pretty sure she thinks the entire month of October is her month to celebrate.

There is nothing wrong with celebrating the entire month of your birthday!
It's never too early for a girl to begin Jubilee Week (or should we say Month.) :)
