Holy Tantrum

Since Saturday all hell breaks loose when we try to change Evy's diaper, get her dressed or feed her. It's really fun. Tonight I was actually concerned that something was really wrong with her because she was screaming bloody murder when I tried to change her diaper. Screaming, then turning, then stiff as a board, oh and some more screaming. I think it has more to do with her dislike for constraints now that she is trying to walk, but I'm going to spend some time on Google tonight to see what the "experts" think.

Kate: Note this was NOT a 15 second diaper change...good luck with that.

ha ha! We started with these fits when Veda was just about Evy's age. Today she tinkled on the floor because I couldn't hold her down long enough to get the new diaper on. She does this while I'm dressing her too and I always feel like I must be breaking her arm or something!

Emily, totally off-topic but are you still using GoodStart? I received a $5 off coupon in the mail yesterday.

I think your instincts are correct...she's learning a new skill (walking!) and girlfriend wants her freedom!

Oh, it doesn't stop...Kate (2years) has started to pull this "crap" again. She wants to do the exact opposite of everything I would like her to do. It's a real treat when you are at the mall. Let me know what Google advises.
